Day 1

Today marked the first day of our new building project. For those of you who aren't aware of what we'll be doing, we are adding a gymnasium with 6 new classrooms and a kitchen. We are really excited and I will try to frequently update pictures throughout the construction. Today was a good day, the weather was perfect and the crew got alot accomplished. We did run into a much bigger "water table" in the soil than we would have liked but not so much that it will hold anything up. When the trench was dug up for the footing next to our current building alot of water started pouring out of the foundation. it took several hours to drain the water table but now we can move forward.
